Dexamethasone Phosphate IP 0.1% w/v (as the disodium salt I.P)
Neomycin Sulphate e.q. to (as Neomycin Base) IP 0.35% w/v
Preservative: Phenyl Mercuric Nitrate IP 0.002% w/v

Indication:
Otitis Externa
Description:
- Dexamethasone Phosphate: A topical anti-inflammatory steroid
- Neomycin Sulphate: An antibiotic
- Acetic Acid: It functions to provide a low pH to assist in the control of bacterial infection
Dosage instillation:
- Adults: Instill 2-3 drops, 3-4 times a day
- Children: Instill 1-2 drops into the affected ear, 3-4 times a day
- Treatment should be continued until two days after symptoms have disappeared
- Not suitable for use in perforated ear drum and infants (under 2 years of age)
