Each film coated tablet contains
Azithromycin Dihydrate I.P. equivalent to Azithromycin Anhydrous 250 mg/500 mg
Excipients q.s.
Colours Yellow iron oxide and Titanium dioxide
Indications:
- Acne Vulgaris
- Acne Rosacea
- Genital Ulcer
- SSTI
- Uncomplicated Gential Chlamydial Infections and Non Gonococcal Urethritis
Description:
- Azithromycin: like all macrolide antibiotics, prevents bacteria from growing by interfering with their ability to make proteins
- Due to the differences in the way proteins are made in bacteria and humans, the macrolide antibiotics do not interfere with humans' ability to make proteins
- Improved absorption and possible reduced G.I. adverse effects
- Resistance to degradation in the stomach.
- Excellent tissue and intracellular penetration
- An expanded and enhanced anti-microbial spectrum
